To make you will receive a healthy plant, all orders are shipped using Express Post.

All plants are shipped bare rooted and packed carefully to provide you the best quality plants.

Serviced Areas:

Due to the Biosecurity Laws, live plants are only be able to be sent into VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & ACT in Australia. International shipments are not available. 

 

Cut-off Days:

The cut-off day is at 11:59pm every Saturday. If you placed your order before 11:59pm on Saturday, it will be sending out on the following Monday. Any order placed after this time will be posted on the next Monday (a week later).

*If Monday is a Public Holiday, the plant will be shipped on Tuesday

 

Shipping Cost:

The postage is depended on the total weight of the order. 

0-0.5KG                 $12.30

0.51-1KG               $16.20

1.01-3KG               $19.95

OVER 3KG             $26.20

 

Local Pick-up:

We offer local pick within the Melbourne metropolitan Area. All pickup order will have the plants potted with soil upon collection. 

If you would like to pick up the plants, please selected the pickup option during checkout and email botanpedia@gmail.com to arrange the pick date and time.

*Please note pick up is only available on weekdays after 6pm, or on Saturday (whole day).

Please check the plants once it is delivered and received. Unfortunate, we could not offer any refunds if there is an issue with the plant discovered after 24 hours after delivery. And no refund will be offered for change of minds.

 

If the plants have rotted upon delivery, please contact us via email botanpedia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and our friendly team member will be able to help you. Photos of the plants showing the issue will make it easier for us to help you.

 

For self-collect customers, please check the plants when collecting your order. No refund or return will be provided after collection.

 

Due to the nature of the product that we are selling, we are not be able to accept any request of return.
